Deb Castillo – click here for more info Deb Castillo, Generative Coach, comes from a strong and varied background in dentistry.   She graduated from California Polytechnic University with a degree in History and began her professional experience in management with a leading retail department store in Southern California.  After a brief hiatus to raise their two sons, Deb returned to her management career, overseeing a successful private care dental practice in San Diego, California.  
Mark Battiato – click here for more info Mark is now the CEO and director of The Growth Into Greatness Institute, which he co-founded with Deb Castillo. While CEO, Mark’s primary responsibility is to provide one-on-one coaching and practice development in areas of profitability, financial management and staff development. He also conducts small retreats for students engaged in the developmental process. Through his commitment to this work, Mark is passionate about helping others to achieve their own greatness, and to aspire to levels of growth and excellence they thought were never possible.
Bill Bailey – click here for more info Bill’s passion for life is infectious. People who have received his message say he is a legend and a rare man indeed. In his remaining years of life, his vocation is to give back to others and to share his incredible life experiences and lessons; to impart his wisdom on the next generation.
Jim Breeze – click here for more info James Breeze is founder and CEO of Breeze Financial Group. Jim Began his work in the financial services industry in 1992. Jim offers securities through KMS Financial Services Inc, focusing on wealth management and estate planning for individuals, families and business owners.   

 

 

 
Christy Battiato – click here for more info Working in both the dental and medical communicates over the last 20 years, including working alongside Dr. Michael Schuster of The Center for Professional Development, Christy brings years of experience coaching dental professionals. She has enjoyed assisting dental and medical professionals in executing business strategies that increase their profitability individually and collectively.      

 

 

 

 

 
Greg Zlevor, M.S. – click here for more info Greg is President of Westwood International, a consulting company specializing in organizational and teamwork strategies for businesses and groups. Greg specializes in cultural changes, facilitation, team management, and executive coaching. He provides consultative assessments, designs and delivers professional education, creates teamwork initiatives, and facilitates leadership improvement for executives and management. Greg designs and facilitates organizations through cultural change and/or development. He facilitates strategic planning processes and customer focus programs. Mr. Zlevor’s work has taken him around the world including Europe, Asia, and Australia.
Dr. Barry Polansky, D.M.D. – click here for more info Barry has been in private practice for nearly three decades. He graduated from Queens College and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Michael Hrankowski, D.D.S. – click here for more info Michael, a Seattle native, has been in private practice since 1982. He has earned degrees in both Psychology and Dentistry from the University of Washington and has also served as a dental school faculty member and clinical instructor.
Dr. Paul Falvey, D.D.S. – click here for more info Paul completed his undergraduate education at Cal State Fresno. There he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology with minor degrees in both Spanish and Chemistry in 1980. He received his formal graduate education at the University of California at San Francisco in 1984. There he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery and Master of Science in bio-materials.
Dr. Peter Fay, D.M.D. – click here for more info Peter completed his undergraduate education at Cornell University graduating with a BA in Chemistry. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine graduating in 1981. Looking to escape the cold weather he headed south for a one year General Practice Residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. Then, heading west, he spent two years in his Prosthodontics specialty program at the V.A. Hospital and the University of Texas Dental School in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Jim Catt, D.M.D. – click here for more info Jim was born and raised in Havre, Montana. Jim attended Montana State for one year before transferring to Oregon State University and earning his Bachelor of Science. In 1997, Jim graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oregon Health and Sciences University with his Doctorate in Dental Medicine. While in dental school, Dr. Catt was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, an honor society based on academic achievements and scholastic ability
